Both the girls’ and the mixed team have been in action recently. On Tuesday, 11th February the girls — playing in the snow in Navan! — defeated a much improved Mercy Convent team 1-0, with Aude scoring the only goal of the match. The girls are currently top of the Meath League, but they have two crucial matches still to play.

An impressive statistic: over the last four years, since January 2010, the girls have lost just two out of 33 matches played.

On Wednesday the mixed team travelled to Dundalk and won in great style by the score of 6-1. Goals were scored by Philip, Abby and Clovis de B, with Sophia scoring a memorable hat-trick. The mixed team are also top of their league; they too have two matches still to play.
